Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid

This title was the selection of the month for my book club’s July read. Unfamiliar with author Taylor Jenkins Reid, I wasn’t sure what to expect from her popular novel. However, I enjoyed reading Malibu Rising and had difficulty putting the book down. Reid’s story about the Riva family is as enticing as it is moving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All The Good Parts by Loretta Nyhan

All The Good Parts was an engaging narrative with a host of unique characters. Leona, a 39-year-old single nursing student strives to find the perfect male to father her child and becomes buoyed by love during the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5

West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge 

I adored this book which was based on historical facts. If you are looking for an adventurous tale about two giraffes dispersing light during darker times, then this story is for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Seven Day Switch by Kelly Harms

This fun laugh-out-loud fictional story based loosely on the children’s book Freaky Friday has a bit of everything from drama, competition, and softball moms, to healing and forgiveness.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Magic Of Found Objects by Maddie Dawson

I found Maddie Dawson’s novel about Phronsie and her twin brother Hendrix both conceived during Woodstock a refreshingly funny, warm read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
